Hi Ashley,
Have you tried getting in touch with the store where you purchased the TV?
Let us know how you get on?
Thanks,

Hi Ashley,
We've received some more information about this for you.
Unfortunately without the proof of purchase or the proof of replacement Sony will not be able to book a service event from their end. This is stated clearly in the Sony warranty terms and conditions: https://http://services.sony.co.uk/support/en/warranty .
Any engineer going for an inspection will need to take a look at the receipt before proceeding with his/her job, otherwise the event will be chargeable.
Best wishes,
