I'm getting really fed up having to disable then enable the Amazon Sony Android TV skill as one minute it works then the next says "sorry but Sony Android TV is not responding". I specifically bought a Sony Android TV which was Alexa enabled due to medical conditions. I'm appalled that reading the reviews of the official skill "Sony Android TV" are so bad with mainly the same reasons as I've stated and no action from Sony! I've searched at length to see if my TV is faulty but reading the reviews it's definitely the skill and its terrible reliability. Can anyone help as I'm regretting paying over the odds for the Sony brand which does not do what it says on the box! Vent over...
