Xd83 oreo firmware update not getting updated

Hi, 

I have a 2016 xd83 tv running I assume android nougat. Early last year I had an icon appear to say the android software will be upgraded to Oreo. This was around March time. I have read there was an issue with the firmware upgrade so the release was delayed, however I am led to believe it should have happened by now. 

Should my tv be using OREO by now?

You need to install via a copy of the new firmware on a usb stick, downloaded from the Sony support site. I much prefer oreo
