code to unlock the network

I've just got a used xperia and a code to unlock the network. But have no idea where to enter the code

You need to speak to the network it is locked to and get a code off them only, they will also give you instructions on how to unlock

Hi @Monkey69, welcome to our forum!

As @Viridis wrote, the code that you need is provided by your operator, however if you already have received a code from them, all you have to do is insert your SIM card in the device and instead of asking for the PIN code to unlock the SIM card, it will ask you to enter a code to unlock the network lock on the device.

Do note that you have at most 5 attempts to enter the correct code.
