My PRS-300 keeps hanging and the buttons stop working... device is fully charged (several hours) and worked fine when was just unplugged from charging. After a couple of hours being switched off has stopped worked properly (buttons don't work, doesn't remember the last book I was reading... remembers the one before) etc. Have tried re-setting it - several times. Doesn't fix the issue. Can't manage to get it to do a hard re-set- don't have enough fingers/hands! (and don't think buttons working properly).
Any suggestions?
