Problemi all'accensione con PRS-650

Salve a tutti.

Da due anni possiedo un lettore e-book PRS-650 e per la prima volta sono davanti ad un problema serio.

Quando lo accendo si blocca in fase di caricamento, appare la scritta: Caricamento in corso...e lì si blocca.

Se lo collego al PC ne viene rilevata la presenza ed inizia la carica solo se premo il tasto Reset ed in tal caso è possibile leggerne il contenuto, ma una volta scollegato il problema si ripresenta. Anche se ripremo il tasto reset il problema si ripresenta. In questa situazione non riesco neanche a spegnerlo.

Preciso cle il lettore è aggiornato e che la memoria è quasi tutta libera.

Se qualcuno può darmi qualche consiglio gliene sarei molto grato.

Un Hard Reset potrebbe risolvere lo "stallo":

Power off the Reader. (non riuscendo a spegnerlo, dovrai attendere che la batteria si esaurisca)

Note: If the Reader is active, slide and hold the power button until the Device Shutdown screen appears and then tap "Yes" to power it off.

Press the RESET button on the bottom edge of the Reader Digital Book, using a thin object such as a paper clip.

Turn on the Reader.

While the screen displays "Opening book"... , simultaneously press and hold down the Previous Page Turn button and the Size button until the Reset All screen is displayed.
