Another Cashback 2018 problem

I submitted a claim for £50 Cashback 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately I attached the j Lewis order by mistake. I then received an email from Sony giving me 10 days to provide the VAT receipt. No matter how many times I provide the VAT invoice in reply to the Sony email requesting I receive no reply in return and my claim remains as awaiting response see last email revived. I have sent the VAT invoice via email, contains the correct claim reference numbers, 3!times. I have even used the online contact portal and attached my valid VAT receipt twice. Still my claim status remains ‘Hi, we’re awaiting your response. To validate your entry, please refer to the latest email you have received from us.’ I assume they are busy waiting for the 10 days to expire so my claim becomes void. I will not post the reference numbers here but if Sony support PM me I will.
