I am having awful problems getting my cash back for my television - I have sent so many photos for proof and get no replies to e mails and they won’t phone me - has anyone got a contact number of someone to help me
They seem to want an invoice from me the order details and vat receipt are not enough
its taken me several emails to them
I don’t think they really want to pay the cash back
