Giga juke NAS-E35HD - Gracenote doesn't appear to be working

Just bought new Mark Knopfler CD and loaded to my Gigajuke.  Gracenote doesn't appear to be able to find the album information - anybody had a similar problem?

You will need a USB pen drive and use the 'Title Updater' that is listed in the manual, on Page 41
