giga jukebox internet connection issue

I have a sony giga juke box connected via wired internet connection, I for some reason cannot get a connection anymore, when checking the connection it says there is a network connection but no internet connection any ideas would be grateful.

I had similar issues and found out it was the wireless station, so I discarded the wireless station and connected directly to my broadband router by entering my password into the Giga Juke settings, instructions are in the manual.  This worked fine until I changed to Sky Q. I then used my old Sky router by connecting it directly to my Giga juke via the internet port on the back of the unit, by just using the ethernet cable and power cord.
