HT-MT500 Soundbar connect problem to google account!

Hi there, I have a problem linking my soundbar with my google home assistant acount. my sony Ht-MT500 with build in chromecast is connected with google home but i can't link the dvice with my google acount.  casting to spotify is working fine bu when in want too enable the voice controle mode en more from google it doesnt work because i cant link the device too my acount.  google says: error occured during linking. please try again later. 

i have tried too restore the factory settings soundbar. but still not working. please help!
