So I've just set up my Sony HT-RT4 Soundbar, got my cable box connected via optical cable then connected the HDMI to my Sony 4k Blu-Ray player but there is no sound from it, only my cable box is outputting sound. Does anyone know why this might be? I've tried pressing Input on the remote but there's no HDMI option? Does the HDMI have to go directly to TV? I am trying to get it to work with my projector which does not have HDMI ARC.
