Sony xb5 Lights

Hi everyone,
I always use my XB5 speaker while its lights are off but the speaker turns its lights back on when I terminate the bluetooth connection, power it off via music centre app or plug & power it on and I have to turn them back off EVERYTIME. How do I keep these lights off parmenently? 

The other thing is, the power button doesn't turn the speaker off. It only puts it to stand by mode. I can only turnthe speaker off by unplagging it, which is unconviniet. Is this normal? Or am I missing something?

Hi makkoby,

Do you press the Light button on the speaker to switch it off? I've also checked the User Manual of the speaker and it seems that the speaker should enter the Standby mode after pressing the Power button. If you want to switch off the speaker completely, you need to unplug the mains lead.
