BDP S3500 Keeps Signing Out of Iplayer and Youtube

Hi all

My BDP S3500 blu ray  player keeps signing me out of youtube and the iplayer. It's pretty erratic sometimes works for a few days, sometimes only one day. Any ideas how to fix?

Hey @Mickie72, have you tried restarting it by unplugging the power cable? You can also try resetting the system settings then test again.

Thanks for the advice.

I have reset the system as suggested and will sign on to YouTube and Iplayer and see if they keep me signed on

Again thanks for advice. So far so good (or should I say sofa so good)  I have been signed in for a week now with no problems.
