I have a problem with the dvd-cd player section of my RDR HXD 970 (DVD2 region).
After a restore to factory settings (using the procedure from manual) the dvd-cd player seems to not recognize any kind of dvd-cd (dvd+/-R included). After 1-2 minutes of loading attempts, front display shows "Can' t use".
The strange is that it plays correctly only one dvd ("American Beauty") just for the very first seconds (Dreamworks animation + copyrights), and then it freezes.
The dvd-cd player section of this unit is almost new since I'm using almost always the HDD section...
I've tried many times the restore procedure from manual (p.185), with no results.
Please help!!!
