Help please

 Hello, 

I do have an home cinema, Sony BDV-N9200W for several years now. I haven't been using it a lot but recently my 2 years old daughter got a dvd as a present and when i turned it on to play it. I can't  do anything with it. I mean i can turn it on and then it comes up a curved arrow flashing. Please see photo.

 Thats the "arrow" on top of D letter.
