Hi, is the 

Sony BRAVIA Theatre U – Dolby Atmos® neckband compatible with other oled tvs particularly panasonic to give dolby atmos and spacial sound.

As far as I can see you will only get spatial sound with a spatial sound Sony XR TV or a compatible Sony XR TV with a WLA-NS7 wireless transmitter. It will not work (spatial sound) with other TVs (even with the WLA-NS7).

It will of course work with any Bluetooth 5.2 for non-spatial sound (A2DP).
