Four weeks ago I took my Blu-ray player in to be repaired as it wasn't playing some of my dvds. I even took in one of the dvds it wasn't playing so they could reproduce the problem and fix it. After a week of waiting I called them back and they told me they couldn't find any problems. So I had to explain again how to reproduce it. Then I get a letter last week saying they're replacing the laser. Over a week later they still haven't contacted me to keep me updated. Sony have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
