SONY BRAVIA 2020 MODEL (First day of using it.) I set up the tv to my wi-fi etc.

The SKY programmes were working fine. I turned off and went back later and turned it back on. I was greeted with the start up menu which I already done. Now the start up menu text is overlaying the tv programmes and I can't get it to go?
