Bright colors are fuzzy on a brand new SVS13A3W9ES

I've just got a brand new SVS13A3W9ES. It should have the VAIO premium display but it looks very fuzzy in windows when viewing bright colors. It was present in Windows 8 and now after upgrading to Windows 8.1. I've upgraded to all the newest display drivers by Vaio Update.

It is not about ClearType and text. The text seems fine. It's simply that the bright colors are fuzzy e.g. white or gray in desktop mode.Its very obvious if I open eg. Notepad with the white text area. Are the display just not very good in this model or do I need to change something with the NVIDIA drivers or something else?

I've inserted an image but not sure if it is visible here if it is something about the screen.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
