Check every section of Device Manager for any USB camera device that has a yellow warning ! next to it.  It may appear anywhere, not just in the Imaging Devices where it is normally shown.

If you find an uninstalled USB device then you can download the camera driver from Sony Asia-Pacific here: -

However, if you cannot find any trace of the camera in Device Manager then you almost certainly have a hardware problem or a cable has disconnected to the camera and you will need a repair.
