I'm having difficulties with the functions of the keys on my laptop
It seems that some type of accessibility program is running, I've checked the accessories but all the likely programs seem to be turned off
Pressing the number 1 will behave as pressing f1 - bringing up the help menu
When in an office app like word or excel pressing 9 will activate what looks like MouseKeys
I've checked the accessibility settings and mouse keys, toggle keys, and sticky keys are all turned off.
Frustrating.
