New laptop user. Corel WinDVD

Have tried to register my copy with Corel but it gets stuck on second page of process and wont accept the 'submit' - have checked I have done everything on the page ok but not joy.  Also there are some features which are not working - most of the icons are disabled and the settings one reveals the next layer of colour and sound adjustments which are themselves disabled.  Wanted to obtain help from Corel but am unable to!!!  Any ideas please?

The installed version of WinDVD is not the commercially available product.  It is a Sony OEM Version called 'WinDVD BD for Vaio' and it is a cut down version designed simply to provide a Blu-Ray disc player.

Consequently, some features are disabled and it may not be possible to register the Sony version with Corel.

I would raise any questions you have with Sony support.
