NEW SCREEN or Replacement laptop

I have an old VIAO  TZ  11MN/N 11.1" WXGA  U7500 1.06 Ghz 80GB  1024MB  Vista Bus laptop.

Before I'd used it very much I re-charged it too close to my fire.  This resulted in the Screen cracking.

I am about to get it replaced on insurance and I   cannot track down a current model that gives me the same parameters as this older model.

Can anyone help me???

Unfortunately, there is no direct successor in the range at present.
