New Vaio Duo 11 - model not found on support

Hi all,

     I have a shiny new Vaio Duo 11 bought from the Sony store.  Mode number SVD1121C5EB.  I've registered the beastie successfuly but then when I try to go to drivers, etc. the sony support site says model not found and this model is not listed anywhere.

     Any other owners experiencing the same,  Sony support is just not answering the question.

     any other way to get to firmware etc without requiring model number?

There has been a recent change to the support site and some links that were previously supplied in threads have now changed so thanks for posting the correct link..:smileythumbsup:
