Question about warranty?

I bought laptop from PCWorld, and now there is problem with system. will pcworld fix it or warranty is just for physical error( e.g. RAM broke down, Mother board broke down)

What Vaio model do you have?  Can you give us an idea what the system problem is?  What are the symptoms? Any error messages?

If it is a software or Operating System problem, Sony will ask you to carry out a full System Recovery yourself using the recovery software on your Vaio's hard disc.
