I have a VAIO VPCEB3C5E, the webcam, and most importantly on board microphone, do not work, I have reinstalled the OS from VAIO Care (return to factory) and it still doesn't work.
Also the fan is horrendously loud, in fact it sounds worse than an airplane, and reaches heat levels of 70'c, I have combatted this for some time by changing power management options and limiting power to the CPU so at maximum state it is only consuming 25% power.
My biggest problem I suspect is the motion eye camera not working nor the built in microphone, which I need/would like to work. I can't find any type of driver on the support site,
Any help is appreciated.
