Hi,
I'm looking for some information as I've not had much luck getting information directly from Sony. I'm wanting to know this before I buy a new notebook basically.
- Can I get replacement recovery discs under the terms of the warranty if I do not create recovery discs or would I have to buy these?
- If the notebook required a repair, what is the process for this and the average turnaround time?
- If the notebook goes in for repair and the fault is found not to be covered by the warranty (ie - notebook is dropped) is there an inspection/rejection fee?
