What Hard-Drive do I need for a VGN-FW56E Laptop?

Got a SMART predicted error on my Vaio and wanted to buy a new hard-drive for it because for some reason its out of warranty (had it for 3 months) O_o

but im not sure what one i need to get, any help would be appreciated,
