Yesterday I decided to put a Password on to my Sony Vaio Laptop Model VPCEE2M1E that is 6 months old.
When I tried to log back in there was a message "Wrong password entered" I then clicked on OK, then the only user visible was "Kiosk", I used switch user I tried my password but no luck, it did not recognise my account or password.
The only way I can now get in is to log guest that I enabled for the first time previously then on the next screen change user then I can see my account plus Guest but not Kiosk & log in, I then removed the password but the problem still persists, I have run Full scan & Vaio Care, Can any one help please?
