Hello all,
I tried to uinstall AOSP by using the instructions on http://developer.sonymobile.com/knowledge-base/open-source/open-devices/aosp-build-instructions/how-..., combined with the builds from http://fxpblog.co/active/.
However, my XPeria M2 doesn't boot (black screen). Some say I need to flash (with other tools) a previous ROM first (like 4.3)
Questions now are:
1) Why is this necessary? Is there some part of my current ROM (4.4.4) not compatible with AOSP? Should I wait for another AOSP that doesn't need this?
2) Isn't this dangerous? The AOSP only flashes some parts of my phone but installing 4.3 first looks dangerous to me
3) is there a workaround for this issue?
4) Is it possible installing AOSP made my phone not recognising my SIM card anymore?
I really hope I can install and use a clean Android because it looks promising to me...
Many thanks in advance!
You should check that other website or the XDA forum
I did but no response....
I want to contact somebody from http://fxpblog.co/ like Alin Jerpelea (saw his name here on the Sony sites) but don't know how....
Kind regards

According to his profile, he registered 14 hours ago.
But it's probably him! I'll give it a try.
Many thanks!!
Yes, indeed he is new to the forum, so is the Developer section of the forum, so try it.
