Hello i bought the phone as it just came out and a week old i dropped the phone getting out of the car 1.5 foot drop and the screen broke . . . had a case and screen protector. very miffed i sent it to sony they lost my phone took 2-3 weeks for them to find it and then charged me £97 for a new screen. finally go it back and same happened agin . . . my fault i know but why make a phone that can not take some damage. why not put gorrila glass in or a stronger glass. again i have sent it of and they have my phone but. . .i can not pay for it as the website want let me getting really annoyed with the company and they just dont care never get back to me and i get passed around on the phone i am getting really stressed with the copany and dont know what else todo!!!!!!

SONY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD AND YOU HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH YOU I ACTUALLY HATE SONY AND I WILL NEVER BUY A SONY PRODUCT EVER AGAIN THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER.
Hi, is this with regards to your first post where you've dropped your phone not once but twice, can totally understand why you're angry because they initially lost your phone for a couple of weeks but why this 2nd time it is back in will they not let you pay exactly
i placed my hand on my phone when it was flat on the floor ( i was mending a plug and phone had slipped out of pocket) when i looked it looked like someone had fired a machine gun at the screen theres that many cracks..... surely a stronger substance should be used as sony say themselves they are the worlds leading innovations
