good eveing to all. ill explain my problem. pls help. ill try everything to explain because im not that good in english, thank u.
my c6833 z ultra got wet in the pool and shuts down. i went to a sony service center and they said that they cant fix it unless i buy motherboard for replacement that cost almost same the market price of a new z ultra phone. then i have a friend who tried to open and clean the unit inside. theres a little life because he manage to make my phone make it to sony logo and battery when plug in to a wall charger. but if not connected to wall charger no led no vibrate. i tried everything i read in this forum, like press and holding power button +v volume up or + volume down for secs and then the red little button beside the sim card slot, and i also manage to complete the pc companion software update.. and all of that.. but still my phone stuck to sonly logo and battery while plug in on wall charger with green led means full charge... pls help... i bought just 2 weeks ago... thank u thank u..
I'm sorry to hear that, contact your local Xperia care again, and request a vacuum test, that will prove if its a factory defect or if you didn't firmly closed the covers. with that said, you have done everything that could be suggested here, it does seems to be a hardware issue. you could let it dry for 2 days in a bowl with rice with all the covers open
yes i also did drying it with rice...
Contact your local Xperia Care, the motherboard its the most expensive part of the phone.
