Can't download MMS messages

I haven't been able to download MMS or group text messages, I use T-Mobile.

I've tried downloading the internet and mms settings, tried resetting the phone, even tried switching sim card slots.

Is your data on? Do you have a data plan? (MMS will only work with data not WiFi) How old is your SIM card?

Yes, yes, and maybe about a year old; however this has been a recurring problem, at first I thought it might have to do with group messages being sent from iPhones, but now I'm not so sure.

Thanks for your help, sorry it took so long to reply, been busy with work, and assumed I'd get an email if there was a reply made.

No luck there, I've never used an iPhone, and I still have the problem with messages from people still using their iPhones.

I just recieved an MMs message yesterday, and was unable to download it.

It'll be good to get a brand new micro SIM card.
