Cant update or install apps

I have problem on my Xperia SP,
can't update or install new Apps

error pop out "insufficient storage availble"

but I have 584MB Available

pls help me

How to repair phone

backup your phone and then repair your phone with PCC. Also how about, settings > apps > all > album > clear data > restart your phone.

Just like a regular update > reinstall the latest update.

Wen phone space goes below 700mb u wont b able to install anything.. Only solution to free up space is root phone.. Simple root is by using an app called towelroot.. U wil get frm google search nd then use folder mount app nd u can move data to sd card freeing up internal space.. Folder mount is in play store nd read its instructions hw to do it.. In folder mount..the whole app doesnt move to sd card but all data of app moves to sd card.. U wil get around 2gb free in internal memory.. Google search nd see in xda forums to kno more..
