Custom Splines

How do we add/enable this? (Custom Splines & not customize Splines)

Well, at the moment, I only see few Splines. I would like to see say, Answered calls, Calls made, Gmail, etc. How can we do that?

Secondly can we add our own online accounts other than Facebook & Twitter?
