Dock DK48 with case + screen protector

I have bought a DK48 dock with my Z3 compact. With the Barely There phone case, I still manage to insert the phone into the DK48. Now I have added an eStuff Titan  shield screen protector (0.3mm thin) and the phone won't fit into the DK48 anymore. Are there wider variants of the adapters for the DK48 than the ones delivered with the dock?

you could buy a magnetic cable or adapter but do contact your local Xperia care

I have some Magnector X cables which work fine. But it would be nice to have the dock working as well.

I got a cheap one from Imobia on ebay, hacked it a bit so the spring plate just stayed down out of the way, now it works with my roxfit bumper case.

Sony could have made this all a lot better, a decent magnet in the phone combined with the magnet in the dock/lead could have been a lot stronger, and it could use the poles of the magnets to prevent the floating lead type chargers being connected the wrong way around.
