Hi Looking for help. I can't hear my phone when its ringing or listen to music through the external speaker. I can only hear it when the headphones are plugged in. Ive tried resetting it and updating the settings any advice?
This sounds like a hardware fault if you have updated the phone using Sony Ericsson Update Service. You should send the phone to a service centre.
