MP3 playing - Battery time question

I've got a shitty phone but it works, however I'm interested in buying the Xperia X10 Mini Pro but there is one thing I'm wondering about. I would be using it as an MP3 player at work and so I'm wondering for how long the battery time would last if I were to play MP3s from it constantly from a full recharge?

I know I could just buy an MP3 player but I'd really like to have it all in the same package.

According to Sony Ericsson this is what you get 17 hours 30 minutes.

In addition to this, according to my Battery Time app you get around 8 to 9 hours of audio playback time from 100% (assuming that is all that is going on, I think). This is on the X10 though so it might be different for the X10 Mini Pro.
