Slow loading contacts - blank white screen

I have a Xperia z1 compact and I have the latest official updates.

When I go to contacts and try to view the contact information from one person the phone just shows a blank white screen.

It takes about 15-20 seconds before the screen loads with the contact information

Settings-apps-all-contacts,force stop and clear data.

having the same issue, I did the clear data, it worked when I tried again immediately but then reverted back to the same problem afetr a few minutes.

I have the same problem with my z1 and i ve reset the contacts, at first worked normal but then the problem apeared again! Please help if someone rezolved the problem!

Hi,

I have the same issue. I found out that it is my Exchange Activesync that is causing this, but I have not found a way to fix it yet... Disabling the Exchange Activesync makes it blazing fast again, but then I have no contacts, so that's not a solution lol.
