Hi Users!!! I have a Sony Experia LT28i and all of a sudden my phone shutdown and it wont turn on....took it took a local store to check and it wasnt the battery..battery is brand new, even bought a new one, but still doesnt turn on. Only thing that happens is when you plug it in the red light turns on, it blinks a couple times and fades...even when its plugged into the computer, the computer doesnt recognize it plugged in.....what can I do
Sorry to hear that, but it could be the motherboard, contact your local Xperia Care

This could be a simple boot issue, I would suggest performing a software repair on the device to help resolve this issue.
1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from PC Companion
and install it on your PC.
2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.
Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.
3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
4. Phone Software Update.
5. Start.
6. Repair Phone
7. Continue
8. Accept data removal
9. Next
10. Wait for prepare
11. Select Phone
12. Follow the connection steps
