My Sony Xperia SP has GSM service problem, network singles are ok, but can't make call or send sms. Data services (2G, 3G, 4G) work fine.

When I try to make call, phone shows 'Connection problem or invalid MMI code'.

Phone reads SIM card properly, SIM tool kit menu opening perperly and data working fine. Tried with different SIM Cards, but same result.

Tried change Network Mode to GSM only and others, but doesn't work.

Flashed with different firmwares, unlooked bootloader and installed custom rom, but still doesn't work.

Testing -> Phone information menu *#*#4636#*#* shows GSM service: Out of service.

I will be really thankful if anyone can guide me to solve this problem.

Have you tried using a new Sim card, perhaps that may fix the problem.

I did repair with PCC and also with Flashtool, but didn't work.

Yes, SIM card are original and correct sized provided by network service provider(s).

I face same problem in safe mode.
