standard keyboard is acting weird!

Just recently my keyboards been acting weird. Most annoying of the problems is when I am pressing delete and it gets to the end of the word and then inserts another word instead of deleting! At first I thought I was knocking letters around the delete button and the predictive text was inserting them but I've been very precise pressing the delete button and still it inserts words. Anyone else had this?

lol I didn't swear. I said the opposite to heaven.

I havet exactly the same problem! Very disturbing! I will do the reset and seek if it gets and better.

Cleared data which was annoying as poster above mentioned, didn't realise it would remove my saved tabs and a lot of other info
Annoying mostlt because issue still occurs.

You can go and uninstall the updates

Settings > apps > chrome > uninstall updates > restart

You will have a old version of chrome but the issue will be gone
