Having the same problem and there is no answer to it in the link below. Please read the issue again. All obvious options in the links does not work. PC Companion transfer the data and apps well. No problems. but when it comes to music - no. I would like to ask Sony. Did they tried transfer the music? Did it ever worked? or something I am missing. the option - music - is not selectable. Although I have many songs in I tunes it shows 0. Tryed to follow all instructions. The question remain open.
