Hello there...
I own a Xperia Z2 purchased from Singapore. As I currently live in India, Sony service centers are denying to look into my phone.
Recently the phone was accidently sudmerged in water. Initially the speakers, proximity sensor and Auto rotate feature was not working. I contacted the service center, they suggested me to take my phone to some local repair shops since the phone is purchased from SIngapore.
I got it repaired from a local service center and the water inside was cleaned. But the problem with the touch is still there.
The touch is over responsive sometimes, I find difficulty in typing messages, editing the notification panel etc..
I would like to replace the touch panel. I request Sony Customer care to help me in this regard.
I am Sony user for the last 5-6 years and I never faced such a problem and I was a very happy customer till this. Kindly help me out.
