updating 10.5.1.A.0.292

Updating the software is giving problems. It would download the software and as it is about to start the update it gives a note saying the pc companion cannot update.  What to do?

Have you modified the software or are you using a 64bit system or Win8/8.1?

I know its not win8/8.1 but how do I know its 64bit?

Go to Control Panel and select System, it will tell you the Windows version including if 32 or 64 bit.
