Hello,
I've tried to remove apps and even completely wipe the phone.
Also forced purge and renew of A-GPS data, all has no effect.
The Chartcross GPS Test software shows how much satelites are in view (probably from A-GPS data),
but there only couple of signals showed, all very weak, and no satelites in use (digit on the right in main window of GPS Test app).
Additionally phone has issues with keeping Bluetooth connection with headset, looses link very often.
Regards,
Greg.
Try performing Sony service test. Dial *#*#7378423#*#* and select gps service test

Hello,
My Xperia T3 is not seeing any gps satellites. Was working couple weeks ago, but now is not.
I have tried the software way (complete wipe of phone), with no positive result.
The direct side to side comparison with galaxy s4 with gps test software shows zero signal on all satellites, while s4 fixes in seconds to below 10 meters accuracy.
Anyone has/had such issue with this phone?
Hello, I have the same problem. I did all the things advised and downloaded the test program but snr values never reach to good values. Always one of the satellites snr value go up to ~15 and never get a fixed position.
Hello,
Sorry for late reply,
The problem was hardware related, it was solved by Sony Service Centre.
In the description was stated that it was mechanical damage.
Also when handing the device to service staff I noticed a very thin crack on the back side going from headphoine jack towards center of bak side.
I think that I was able to spot in only because I have a white color variant, on black it would be unnoticeable.
After the repair the GPS works very well.
Best regards,
Greg.
