w8 E16i could not connect to Google PlayNow

I bought W8 E16i two days ago. I have internet access with wifi. When I try to open PlayNow, it prompt to update the application. I have updated as prompted. After update, I try to connect to PlayNow. It always show a message, "Could not connect to PlayNow server, please try again later." Other internet services are working fine.

Hi, did you try both Wi-Fi and Mobile Data Network?

Currently my service provider do not support Mobile Data Network. So I can't use Mobile Data Network.

Restart phone and try again or try another Wi-Fi Network.

Not work. It did not work even on VPN network to bypass my internet provider's restriction. I use google dns servers as my DNS server.

See if this works ....

Settings>Applications>Manage applications>MENU>Filter>All, search for Store, Clear data and Clear cache (if any), then exit and try again.

Clear Data and Clear cache are grey and cannot tap. I have tried that before and do not work.

Thanks, I even tried to reinstalling PlayNow update, it did not work either.
