What firmware update software to use?

Hi all. First time poster here.

Just a simple question.

What is the best software to use to update the X10 firmware??

The Sony Ericsson Update Service or there PC Companion software, which I have just noticed can update the firmware also.

if you have 014 or 016 ,stay to that ,don't upgrade for now !

SEUS (sony ericcson update service) is the best way to update your phone.
