WIFI connection

I just brought a new W995 and try to set up wifi to connect to LIVE box but failed. The message is can not connect. Any idea how to make it work. My Blackberry has has no problem at all.

Is LIVE box a router? Can you point me to some more information about it, so I might help you a bit more

The live box is from Orange and I use it for to access to internet. I hope that help.

have you made sure you have entered the password correctly e.g capital letters in the appropriate places and have you also clicked the 1 button on the router to add a new device just before you click connect on the phone?

You could try using another web browser such as opera. It worked for opera in my previous phone and not for the original browser
